Yoga Class Options:
Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. This style is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
Restorative is a form of gentle yoga with passive restorative postures to open the body, quiet the mind and move into a deep sense of relaxation.

Group Class Options:
Zumba® A combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. You’ll learn to love working out through dance with this upbeat and exciting class!
Mat Pilates Focuses on Strength, Flexibility, and Balance while improving your posture, breathing patterns and misalignments common for most of the population. This is an all levels class following the Classical Pilates format of exercises.
Stretch and Core A full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength, and improve muscular balance.
Aqua Aerobics Designed for all fitness levels, this is a low intensity, full body workout with resistance training.
Barre  A combination of ballet-inspired lower body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight work make for an intense, yet low-impact, toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No dance experience necessary.
